Timelines Experiences are deep, life-changing programs that require at least five sessions. You need at least five sessions to understand and appropriately address your basic timeline needs. Seven or ten sessions are encouraged if you need deeper, more intensive work, and/or have womb, ancestral, generation, or past life work. Timelines Experiences come in blocks of five, seven, or ten two-hour sessions. Working with your own personal energetic timelines can be a powerful and transformational life experience. It allows you to let go of the past, feel empowered to pursue new opportunities and get a fresh start. During your initial session, I will teach and explain how timelines work, ensuring that you have a solid understanding. Additionally, I will provide insights about you and your timelines and offer recommendations for how the remaining sessions should be structured. Together, we will discuss your overall goals and needs and create a plan for moving forward.
During Timelines Sessions two and onwards, we embark on multiple journeys to your timelines and work together to heal, clean and clear, close, and collapse any timelines that need attention. These can be highly insightful events. In the later sessions, we focus on opening up new timelines to help you embrace new opportunities and experiences with happiness and freedom.
Before we begin, take some time to reflect on what parts of your life are "old" or completed, and what needs to go. Think about your womb, ancestral, generational, or past life experiences, as well as any significant events or moments from your life so far. Spend a few days writing down your thoughts and feelings about these things.
Next, consider what new opportunities you would like to pursue in order to build a fulfilling and successful life. This could include things like new career paths, relationships, financial goals, or personal aspirations. Take some time to reflect on these things and prepare yourself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for the journey ahead.
Together, we will explore your personal energetic timelines and work towards achieving your goals. I am here to guide and support you through the process.

Address Old Timelines
To effectively meet your timeline needs, which can often be complicated, you will be guided through multiple journeys to your timelines. To address old timelines, Addison will help heal, fold, close, or collapse them in partnership and collaboration with you. These actions do not delete your personal information but appropriately store it so that you don’t actively address these old energies. Timelines work is much like organizing your closet, in that you get the old things out of the way so that you can focus on what matters to you now.
Open New Timelines
Think of new timelines as plots of land where you can construct new homes. These timelines create room for new possibilities to emerge. In later timelines sessions, Addison will help open up the appropriate new timelines in partnership with you so that you can structure a new existence. New timelines are spaces for new ideas to work, germinate, and grow. They may contain new mindsets, potentials, and fresh starts that can empower you to create the life you desire.
Timeline Healing
Timelines can hold old, distressing, and even painful information and energies that can impact you in this life. You can even address womb, ancestral, generational and past life damage by clearing and healing through timelines work. In timelines journeys, Addison, in partnership and collaboration with you, will identify what timelines need healing. This can be from this life or others. You can release the pain of the past by healing these timelines and then move forward with renewed energy, passion, and life.
